Milestones, never hours. We agree a fixed price before we start, broken into milestones tied to working deliverables. You see each milestone working before the next is invoiced. No day rates, no hours-and-materials, no surprise invoices.
Build is one-time, fixed-scope project work, you keep what we ship. Care is an optional monthly retainer from £250 to keep it running, secure, and current. New work always returns as a new Build, never a silent retainer expansion.
No. Care is optional and cancellable any time, no minimum term. Many clients take a Build, run it themselves, and come back for a second Build later. That is fine.
No, not at all. We work directly with founders and operators to understand how your business runs, then design and build the systems for you end to end.
Every Build includes 30 days of free refinements after launch. After that, our optional Care retainer keeps the system our responsibility: monitoring, patches, bug fixes, hosting.
